Development of a Chatbot to assist resellers during the pre-sales phase of a specific insurance product.

The Chatbot is integrated into Intesa Vita’s intranet site and will be accessible only to census users. The experimentation is aimed at providing automated assistance, specifically to support the network of dealers in the pre sales phase.

The main purpose of the trial is to evaluate:

  • Use by retailers for training/study purposes;
  • Support for real-time sales during the product presentation phase to the end customer;
  • Ability of the Chatbot to respond comprehensively to questions asked by retailers;
  • Chatbot’s ability to find the concepts required by retailers within the product sheet, providing a preliminary presentation of the information sought;
  • The degree of retailer satisfaction with the service provided by Chatbot.
